The Training Process
We onboard you during 3 to 5 days to discover our equipment, our recipes, our signatures and our team.
We permanently try to improve our art and adjust our techniques to state-of-the-art equipment to ensure every cup is filled to the brim with rich flavorful coffee and topped off with our signature latte art.
We offer our professional baristas of the most demanding training courses, so that you can master the art of coffee to the full. Every year, you can participate in barista competitions, in which we regularly award prizes.
Mastering our very own kitchen expertise lasts between 7 and 10 days, if you are an already-experienced chef de cuisine.
